He was born in 1968 in Gölbaşı. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Mersin. He was entitled to enter the Hacettepe Faculty of Medicine in 1986. After graduating in 1994, he did his compulsory service in Şırnak. After working as an Anesthesia Assistant in 1996 -1997 İzmir Atatürk Research Hospital, he completed his Pediatrics Specialization training at SSK İzmir Tepecik Training and Research Hospital between 1998 – 2002.
